In November 2017, I was appointed class counsel in connection with an $8.3 million class-wide settlement of spam text message claims against CITGO under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
In October 2017, I represented ONE Sotheby's International Realty in a two-week jury trial resulting in a $744,000 verdict for ONE Sotheby's on its breach of listing agreement claim.
